Handling the operational/administrative aspect of the HR department.
Responsible for the recruitment process (which includes coordinating job posts, screening, sourcing, and selection), interview process, creating a pipeline for future vacancies, Training, and development.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources rules, issues, and regulations.
Follow up on the social insurance process such as “Form 1” of the newly hired employees, “Form 6” for the resigned employees.
Follow up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them reports containing remaining balances.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed; such as contracts, offer letters, insurance, or any other operational paperwork.
Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then put them in the employee’s file.
Handle daily transactions & Payroll processing to guarantee smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on a timely basis.
Verify and input pay and data changes through calculating the variation in the monthly salary components (deductions – bonuses – overtime …etc.) to ensure that the payroll database reflects current and accurate information.
Prepare and update organization chart.
Handling Medical Insurance Process.
Prepare for social events or IT Events.
Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
HR diploma or certificate is an asset.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Basic interview skills and Interpersonal skills.
Very good English, verbal / written communication.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws
