Conducting outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Qualifying inbound leads and outbound prospects to determine their level of interest, pain points, and buying intent. You should be able to assess whether the lead fits the ideal customer profile and is ready to be passed on to the sales team.
Engaging and building relationships with leads that are not yet ready to make a purchase. This includes regular follow-up, providing relevant content and information, and staying top of mind.
Managing and tracking lead information and activity in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging, identify new market opportunities, and improve lead generation and qualification processes.
Meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
+1 Year experience as Account Manager is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and qualify leads.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
