Job Description

  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources rules, issues, and regulations.

  • Follow up on the social insurance process such as “Form 1” of the newly hired employees, “Form 6” for the resigned employees.

  • Follow up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them reports containing remaining balances.

  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed; such as contracts, offer letters, insurance, or any other operational paperwork.

  • Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then put them in the employee’s file.

  • Handling Medical Insurance Process.

  • Prepare for social events or IT Events.


  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • Very good English, verbal / written communication.

  • Excellent computer skills.
